At Smith Optics, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new goggles, helmets, or sunglasses aren't a perfect fit, you can return them in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, including all protective cases, microfiber bags, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
